Faculty

The Chrysalis School has 16 part-time teachers, who all have at least 5 years of teaching experience, in addition to the director, who also teaches the school’s English language classes.

Students

As of January 2008, the school has 215 students, and enrollment continues to increase slowly from the original 126 students in the fall of 2006. The students range in age from 12 to 19 and most come from a middle-class background. In Madagascar, this means that most of their parents can just barely afford the school fees of about five dollars per month.
